"Thank You, Mendez" -goodbye letter:
I just want to say, Thank You, Mendez, because believe it or not my experience in this school hasn’t always been the best because of the drama, problems, and just the things that I let come to me, oh and also my “deadly attitude”, as Mr. Werner once told me. However, aside from all that I couldn’t have learned and practice what hard work and dedication are without all amazing teachers that pushed me to succeed whenever I thought I couldn't. Especially, a big thank you to Ms. Park who’s class isn’t easy and pushed everyone to really learn regarding what each topic and thing we are supposed to learn was about with helpful strategies that are going to help us throughout life because without this I probably wouldn’t have learned so much stuff that actually stayed in my head. This also meaning symposium which was way harder than what we had to do last year but regardless of all that hard work, stressing, and staying really late on Saturdays and after school the result of all that makes you realize that with a little be of hard work and dedication you can accomplish anything as long as you have your mindset to it as well. Also, thank you to all the teachers, not only my 8th-grade teachers for teaching me things I never thought I would get to know and grow in, also that I once thought I couldn’t do and helped me grow throughout the whole school year. Also, to Mrs. Gavarrete (the nurse) for always taking care of me when I get hurt or just need help with things. Moreover, I want to thank all the teachers that work extra time for activities and academic programs can be available to students who are interested. So, saying all that you can’t forget about the people that went through hard and fun easy times with you, specially thank you to all my friends that stuck with through all the drama and some friends that can prove to me that I didn’t lose a friend I just never realized that never had one. Although, I still would thank them for showing me that not everyone is going to be who you think they are so to just be careful who you do choose.
