Reflection #1:
My first article is about how technology has taken over our lives, this relating to the universal theme we choose by how the article explains technology becoming an addiction in our society. The generalization this is connected to is man v. man because people who create social media start to make it more addictive for teens and people get addicted to it. The second article is also about how teens have become addicted to social media and technology, this relates to the universal theme we have chosen because shows/explains how social media over times is making teens get addicted to it. The generalization that also goes with this article is man v. man since they are making social media more available to millennials making it addictive for them. The third article being about how social media is harmful and it being compared to be as harmful as alcohol is to millennials. This connecting to man v. nature because the fact that they are comparing it with to things that teens and millennials are becoming addicted to. The fourth one being the same as the first one just different title in what it has. Actually, all the articles are kind of the same thing since all have related information in which can be found in all articles, them relating to my universal theme being social networking addiction. In my topic i’ve learned that over time social media and the internet has become a serious addiction because some people can’t leave their phone or internet alone. We did have different ideas in our topic at first but then just by kind of combining what we want to research, we did. Maybe, find more information on how we can not entirely solve the social network addiction but how we can make an improvement in making the internet less addictive. My collaboration is actually going all good and almost everything is working well but just getting our things all approved needs to work better.
Reflection #2:
I found out that our topic, social networking addiction has a lot of things that can affect us in our state of being. Also, no we didn’t change our driving question or our topic, it all stayed the same. The only thing that did kind of change was when we went to get out driving question approved since Ms.Park helped us improve it. The student-led research option that we did was a survey. We chose a survey since for us it’s easier to get people’s answers on some questions we have on things that we do on a daily basis. Really nothing has been easy since everything has its research to be found about and to make sure that it’s a real fact not just something being said. Probably the easy part so far has been doing the article tags since those aren’t as difficult as gathering every piece of evidence needed. Well just clearly understanding what we are trying to do with our topic which is not clearly get the solution, of how to help the addiction of social media decrease. Just get all of our information/evidence together and make sure we understand what we are trying to do. Also, our collaboration is going all good so far. So far everything is working well.

Since, the last time I researched my topic I learned that the lack of socialization is something that is now impacting our society. I learned that with others and us both understanding like topic/ conflict of pur project, I think that i can work good. Just the basics since, making sure we have everything we need on the tri fold and also making sure that the work well makes sense. We are going to be doing something similar to a solar system like the sun is going to be a head, the planets are going to be social media platforms, and also the driving question we haven’t decided but i think in the area were the hair or the head is. As shown below but it will obviously look better than that. Just need to make sure that all our information and details make sense to our topic. Our collaborating is going good both of us working on it equally and so far everything is working out fine.

Our driving question is ‘Does Social Networking Addiction contribute to a lack of socialization, and how might this issue impact future society?’ Some revisions that we have made on our presentation was on the details that our creative pieces or just the art that our board includes in general. Yes, I have learned about the importance revision and editing since everything has to be done right and make sense, to make sure that your information makes sense with what your trying to say. I learned that scholarly and student-led research is an important or main part of symposium and you need it in order to have whatever your trying to day or proof is right. I haven’t presented in front of other about our project but just in general i think i’ve learned that you can maybe like inform or teach others about an important thing you found and did research on. I think i did good since me and my partner did like both a good/equal amount of work on the project. Probably just getting our work and everything done more neater and better. I’ve learned that creative and design can say a lot by just focusing on it and thinking about it. DON’T PROCRASTINATE if you want to sleep full hours to not be tired and to be ready to work hard because isn’t not as easy as it seems.
